Leonardo Cardoso has a comprehensive work experience in the financial industry, starting as a Director at JPMorgan Chase in 1999. Leonardo then moved on to become a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in 2008. Leonardo'smost recent roles at XP Inc. include Co Head Equity Derivatives Trading, Partner | Co Head Global Markets Trading, Head Financial Risk Management, and currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) starting in April 2023.

Leonardo Cardoso studied Engineering at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1994 to 1999.
