Albertine IJdema has extensive experience in project management and policy development within the field of youth care. Since January 2002, Albertine has served as a Project Manager at XONAR, supporting management and self-managing teams in the implementation of multidisciplinary projects. Previous roles at XONAR include Policy Officer/Project Leader at the Staff Office, where strategic and tactical policy development was a focus, and Cluster Manager, responsible for overseeing care forms for children aged 0-12. Albertine also has experience as a Sector Manager, leading unit leaders in ambulatory and residential care for older youth. Before joining XONAR, Albertine worked at Stichting Jeugdhulp Maastricht and Stichting Domus in various capacities, including Unit Leader and Head Leader in Youth Care. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and further training in system-oriented working from NISTO.
