Kenneth W. Johnson Jr., MBA, serves as a Strategic Account Manager at Galls, LLC since January 2021, focusing on increasing wallet share among low-spending large and extra-large customers. Previously, in roles including Business Development Representative and Inside Account Manager, Kenneth built customer relationships, engaged various account sizes, and identified growth opportunities through market analysis. Kenneth also contributed to a $2 million territory as a Managed Account Representative, fostering long-term partnerships. Prior to joining Galls, Kenneth worked as a Community Engagement Specialist at Quest Oracle Community, leading engagement efforts for the JD Edwards community. Kenneth holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Eastern Kentucky University.
