Tõnis Uiboupin has worked in the tech industry for the past nine years. In 2011, they began their career as a QA Specialist at NORTAL. Tõnis then moved to Gala Interactive in 2013, where they also worked as a QA Specialist. In 2014, they joined Iglu OÜ as a Java Developer and QA Specialist. In 2020, they joined Xolo as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead.

Tõnis Uiboupin's education history includes a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Tartu from 2012 to 2016, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from the University of Tartu from 2008 to 2012, and attendance at Vastseliina Gümnaasium from 1996 to 2008. Tõnis also holds two certifications from Oracle: Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer (obtained in January 2019) and Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer (obtained in April 2018).
