Roman Bobrovsky is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical data management and process optimization across various organizations. Currently serving as an Advisor for Clinical Trial Transparency and Data Sharing at Xogene since March 2023, Roman has also been a Freelance Consultant since February 2019, focusing on clinical data management and eClinical systems. At Shire, Roman held the position of Director of Innovation and Process Optimization from June 2016 to March 2018, leading global strategies in clinical development operations. Roman's previous roles include Director of Innovative Clinical Development Solutions at Baxalta, where management of innovation projects was paramount, and various leadership positions at Baxter International Inc., culminating in the role of Associate Director of Clinical Data Management. Earlier career experiences span the telecommunications and chemical production industries, along with a robust academic background, including a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Vienna University of Technology.
