Deborah Morgan is an Environment Specialist at Xodus since September 2019, focusing on decommissioning and electrification projects in the UK Continental Shelf, Australia, and the Middle East with an emphasis on decarbonisation and the circular economy. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Environmental Consultant and Senior Environmental Consultant at BMT from April 2013 to May 2019, where project management of North Sea decommissioning programmes, risk assessments, waste management, and regulatory support were key responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Deborah served as an Environmental Consultant at APEM Ltd, managing various environmental surveys, and as a Teaching Assistant in Environmental Sciences at The University of Manchester. Deborah holds a BSc in Environmental Geoscience from The University of Edinburgh, an MSc in Marine Resource Development and Protection from Heriot-Watt University, and a PhD from The University of Manchester focusing on deglaciation reconstruction.
