Andrew has a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and started his career as a project engineer specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of flexible pipes. He switched to engineering consultancy, managing a range of FPSO FEED studies and realising his passion for people development, client satisfaction and the strength collaboration can bring.
