Mark Baguley is an experienced project manager and geophysicist with a strong background in managing offshore projects and geophysical data analysis. Currently serving as a Project Manager at XOCEAN since April 2022, Mark oversees the planning and execution of USV and UAV projects while collaborating with stakeholders. Previously, Mark held the position of Project Director - Worldwide at Bell Geospace, where responsibilities included steering Air-FTG projects from award to delivery and ensuring high-quality product outcomes through client liaison. Mark also has experience as Lead Geophysicist and Geophysicist at Bell Geospace, focusing on quality control and data processing of gravity gradiometry data. Earlier roles include Senior Geophysicist at Gardline Geosurvey Limited, where Mark was responsible for the QC and interpretation of geophysical data, as well as serving as an Assistant Field Marine Geophysicist. Mark holds a BSc in Geophysical Sciences from the University of East Anglia, complemented by a Year in Industry experience.
