Jenny Trader is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and team management. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Executive Operations since January 2021, Jenny collaborates with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies while overseeing daily operations and leading a team of over 70 employees. Previously, Jenny worked as an Account Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist at PrimeStaff International, leading a team focused on customer experience, and held roles as Practice Coordinator at Ann Arbor Smiles Dental Group and Business Manager at Dr. Gaffos DDSPC, where achievements included implementing a paperless office system. Jenny began a career in the dental field as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Callow DDS. Jenny holds an Associate of Business Administration from Schoolcraft College and a high school diploma from Salem High School.
