Mickhaela Tablada is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in account coordination and program management, currently serving as an Account Coordinator at XMC, Canada's official sponsorship and experiential marketing agency. In addition, Mickhaela has been the Facility and Program Coordinator at the Toronto Volleyball Centre since November 2021, where responsibilities include optimizing the check-in process and supervising player schedules. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dawn InfoTek, Customer Success Manager at CloudConsole IT Consulting, and various positions related to clinical psychology and marketing research. Mickhaela holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at De La Salle University, where a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology was also obtained.
