Panagiotis Kammas is an experienced Solutions Architect and Senior Software Engineer at XM since May 2021, specializing in AWS Cloud native technologies and automation tools. With over 15 years at Velti, serving as Director of Engineering, Kammas led a delivery team of 25 professionals, successfully managing over 20 projects in the EMEA region and fostering a culture of trust and accountability. Additional roles at Velti included Principal Software Engineer and Team Leader, where Kammas focused on technical design, process improvement, and Agile methodologies. Prior experience includes software engineering roles at the National Technical University of Athens and Cyberce, alongside a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras.
