Aris Plexidas is a Software Engineer at Omilia, specializing in the development and maintenance of integrations with CCaS providers for IVR and Chat services since June 2021. Prior to this role, Aris worked as a Junior Software Developer at MOTIVIAN S.A. where responsibilities included developing middleware backend services and front-end applications using Java and ReactJs. Additionally, Aris has experience in customer service roles at TTEC and Teleperformance Greece, providing live chat and email support in German and English. Aris also taught Physics and Math at Gnosi Institut and holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Crete, along with certifications in software development from PeopleCert.
