Elad Hayun is an experienced software development leader currently serving as Software Development Group Lead and Software Development Team Lead at XM Cyber since March 2021. Prior to this, Elad held the position of Vice President of Research and Development for a confidential company focused on the EduIL platform from September 2020 to March 2021. Elad co-founded U-BTech Solutions LTD, where from June 2007 to August 2020, Elad functioned as Development & Products Manager while also managing the Management Department at Hi-Tech College and serving as an instructor. Earlier career roles included Lead Infrastructure Consultant at YSide and Consultant/System Administrator at Leumi Card. Elad holds a BA in Computer Science from the Open University in Israel and has extensive expertise in centralized systems management, scripting, and development.
