Dalia Sharon currently holds a position in Technical Partnerships at XM Cyber, a role started in January 2023. Prior to this, Dalia served as the Human Resources Office Manager and Company Administrator at Cyber Observer from February 2020 to January 2023. Dalia has extensive experience in sales operations and management, having worked as Sales Operations Manager and Operations Manager at MAX-Security Solutions Ltd. from April 2014 to January 2019. Responsibilities included proposal development, financial data management, and staff training. Dalia's earlier experience includes consulting for EL AL Israel Airlines, focusing on safety and customer service training, and video editing for Arnaldo Mandel Productions. Dalia earned a BADA with Honors in Theatre and the Performing Arts, specializing in Film and Television from the University of the Witwatersrand, graduating in 2005.
