Jan Mehle is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in software engineering and project management. Since February 2018, Jan has worked at XLENT, focusing on agile methodologies as a project/development manager for Örnsköldsviks Kommun and managing HR system integrations for Metsä Board. Prior roles include software architect and senior software engineer at flexiteBPMS, where Jan led the development of the Flexite Business Process Management Suite, and software engineering positions at Sogeti, CoreIT, So4It, and Knightec AB, with expertise in web development, mobile applications, and embedded systems. Jan holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Luleå University of Technology, obtained in 2006.
