Aashna Shah is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as a Marketing Coordinator at XL Construction since July 2020. Previously, Aashna held positions such as Creative Design Chair at Raas Mania, where responsibilities included organizing a national intercollegiate dance competition, and Events Committee Member at the Industrial Design Society of America, focusing on job fair organization. Leadership experience includes serving as Internal Vice President for the Indian Student Association and advising on student issues as a member of both the Provost's Undergraduate Student Advisory Board and FAA Student Advisory Council. Aashna also has teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the College of Fine + Applied Arts at Illinois, along with practical design experience gained during a Creative Design Internship at Wonderchef Home Appliances Pvt Ltd. Aashna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by international study at the Institute for American Universities.
