Dian Siswarini possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Co-Chair of W20 Indonesia 2022 since November 2021 and as President Director & CEO at PT. XL Axiata Tbk since January 2015. Past roles include Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the same company, Group Chief of Marketing & Operation Officer at Axiata from June to December 2014, and various leadership positions within PT. XL Axiata Tbk from January 2005 to January 2014, including Director/Chief Digital Service Officer and Sr. VP Network Planning & Development. Dian Siswarini holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and has further academic involvement with Harvard Business School since January 2013.
