Monica Butron possesses extensive experience in mainframe and DBA services, having held leadership positions such as zSeries Manager at Xerox and Mainframe zSeries Manager at Atos. Additionally, Monica served as Mainframe Storage Manager at both Xerox - ACS Business Process Solutions S.A de C.V. and Grupo Financiero Santander Serfin, where responsibilities also included service delivery management. Monica completed education at Instituto Politécnico Nacional from 1993 to 1997.
