Jeffery Vincent is an experienced professional in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Xerox since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jeffery held the position of Service Delivery Manager III at Conduent from January 2017 to December 2022, overseeing a global BPO organization of approximately 100 employees, with responsibilities for P&L, business development, and client relationship management. Jeffery previously worked at Xerox as an SBU Manager from September 2009 to December 2016, also managing a global BPO team with similar responsibilities. Earlier in their career, Jeffery was the General Manager at Mississippi Dry Ice Inc. from March 2002 to June 2007, handling P&L and operations, and owned MV Brokerage during the same period, focusing on sales of industrial gas equipment.
