Previously, Chao held the title of M&A Assistant Vice President at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China from 2018 to 2020, specializing in cross-border investment banking services. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Associate at HNA Capital and an Associate at Agema Group, where Chao evaluated investments and performed comprehensive financial analyses across various sectors. Early career positions include serving as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Bailey Southwell & Co., Controller at Xinghan Construction Company, Associate Auditor at Deloitte, and Financial Analyst at Ernst & Young.
