Latisha Carter currently serves as the Head of Partner for Xero, overseeing all aspects of the Partner Channel in the US since February 2021. In this role, Carter manages partner services and sales, implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance the partner experience and drive adoption of Xero's solutions. Previously, at Sage from 2000 to 2019, Carter held several key positions, including Director of Diversified Portfolio - Strategic Solutions, where significant revenue growth was achieved, and Senior Manager for Partner Programs, managing sales teams and partner relationships to ensure program compliance and support. Earlier experience includes roles in customer service and sales support at NCR Corporation.
