Gina Crispin is an experienced HR professional with a background in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as a People Experience Business Partner at Xero since October 2022 and as a People & Culture Business Partner at Auckland Unlimited since November 2020, Gina has built a strong foundation in human resources. Prior positions include HR Business Partner and HR Advisor at Spark from January 2017 to November 2020 and February 2011 to December 2016, respectively, as well as HR Assistant at NZ Police - Auckland from March 2008 to February 2011. Gina Crispin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from Massey University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
