Alexandra DE ABREU is a medical-social consultant with extensive experience in digital transformation and change management, currently serving at Xelya since December 2021. In this role, Alexandra contributes to career management, professional development, and strategic growth initiatives. Prior experience includes a position as an evaluator and consultant for medical-social institutions at Brigitte Croff Conseil & Associés - XELYA, where Alexandra conducted over 100 external assessments and provided quality management consultations. Earlier, Alexandra was involved in national project management for Unapei, leading the development of an observatory for statistical needs of individuals with disabilities. Alexandra holds multiple degrees in sociology, including a Master 2 in sociology of work activity and change management from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
