Laurita Pavlisak Kosta is a seasoned professional in project management and pharmaceutical development, currently serving as Associate Program Director and Interim Director of Launch Project Management at Xellia Pharmaceuticals since January 2016. Laurita has extensive experience overseeing R&D and in-licensing projects, as well as establishing launch governance structures and global launch plans. In addition to roles at Xellia, Laurita is the National Lead Assessor for IPMA 4CL and serves as a Board Member of the Croatian Association for Project Management. Previous experience includes PMO Manager and various project management roles at JGL d.d., with a strong focus on product development and regulatory processes. Laurita holds a BSc in Pharma Engineering and a Diploma in Cosmetic Science.
