Nicole Hullihen, MBA, is the Founder, Product Manager, Designer, and Community Leader at XecuteTheVisionâ„¢, LLC, where an ecommerce website and productivity tools were developed. Nicole built a monetized social community with over 450,000 members, focusing on spreadsheet skills and product marketing. As the Chief Operating Officer at OnTheClock, Nicole transformed the company from a time tracking tool to a comprehensive workforce management software, overseeing strategic planning and customer experience enhancements. Additional experience includes roles as a Microsoft Excel Instructor at TakeLessons, a Senior Costing Manager at AirBoss of America, and various positions within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors.
