Erick Segaar is an experienced consultant specializing in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), software development, and Agile methodologies. Currently a consultant at Xpirit since July 2019, previous roles include ALM consultant and senior .NET developer at the Sociale Verzekeringsbank, where key contributions involved migrating systems to Team Foundation Server and implementing Continuous Integration and Delivery practices. With a diverse background at Devoteam, including positions as Scrum Master and ALM consultant, Erick has a strong track record in leading and executing complex software projects, improving team dynamics, and enhancing organizational processes through training and hands-on collaboration.
