Santiago Pinto Escalier is a board member at Xcoop and a co-founder of BITPATAGONIA. Santiago has also served as a board member for EO Argentina and Camara Argentina de Fintech. In addition, they were a co-founder and ambassador for the Asociaci¨®n de Emprendedores de Argentina in the Northern Area of Gran Buenos Aires (GBA). Prior to their current positions, Santiago was an emprendedor at Endeavor and a co-founder and board member at Motormax from January 2010 to March 2018.

Santiago Pinto Escalier received a Postgraduate Degree in Finance and General from Universidad de 'San Andr¨¦s'. Santiago also completed the Stanford-Endeavor Leadership Program in Global Innovation Programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. In addition, Santiago Pinto Escalier earned a Master in Corporate Communications from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales and a Licenciatura in Marketing from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales. Santiago also attended Secundario High School where they studied Bachiller. Lastly, they have also completed the NAVES - Jury - Mentoring - Advising program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at IAE Business School.
