Prior roles include Human Resources Specialist at Al Najah Education LLC, and a decade-long tenure at Commercial Bank International as Manager - HR Business Partner, where key contributions involved performance management, career development programs, and HRMS implementation. Jagruti's career also includes significant positions at Gujarat Glass Limited and ICI India Ltd, focusing on recruitment, compensation policies, training, and developing talent management initiatives. Jagruti holds a PGDBA in Human Resources from ITM Group of Institutions and a B.Tech in Dairy & Food Technology from SMC College of Dairy Science.
