John Maffei is an experienced executive with a diverse background in technology and business leadership. As the Chief Executive Officer of The Collective Data Solutions since June 2024, Maffei oversees data services that support various industries in adapting to a cookie-less advertising future. Maffei co-founded Strong Org Fitness in April 2022, enhancing employee engagement through a rewards-based platform tailored for the construction sector. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer of Matcherino.com, where Maffei led developments in esports event software, and Global Head of Predictive Analytics Sales at HERE, a Nokia company. With experience also spanning positions at Titan Gaming, ServiceMesh, Affinity Media, Microsoft, and Rocketpipe, Maffei has consistently driven innovation and growth across multiple sectors and business models.
