Phillip C. has substantial work experience in various roles and industries. Phillip began their career in the U.S. Army, where they served as a Platoon Leader responsible for conducting operations and providing infantry support. Phillip also served as an Assistant Battalion Personnel Officer, overseeing personnel administration and accountability.

After their military service, Phillip joined Deloitte Consulting as a Manager. In this position, they managed multiple teams and conducted market and financial analysis. Phillip also led a business intelligence analysis project focusing on global illicit business activities and supply chain vulnerabilities.

Phillip then moved on to Toffler Associates, where they worked as a Senior Associate. Phillip played a key role in developing an international information sharing environment and led proposal development efforts, resulting in significant wins in federal and commercial sectors.

Most recently, Phillip worked at Xcelerate Solutions as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Phillip successfully generated contacts, maintained customer relationships, and led customer outreach and proposal response efforts. Additionally, they founded and managed the corporate A&AS portfolio, serving DoD and FedCiv customers.

Phillip C. has a diverse education history starting from their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry, which they obtained from William & Mary in 2001. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the George Mason University - School of Business, completing it in 2012.

Continuing their academic journey, Phillip obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from George Mason University from 2016 to 2018. Phillip then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from the same institution, which they completed in 2020.

Throughout their education, Phillip's interests transitioned from the sciences to business and ultimately to economics.
