Shelbi Giadone, MHRM, currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Xanterra Travel Collection since September 2024. Previously, Shelbi held various positions at Red Robin from July 2017 to September 2024, including Manager of Learning & Program Development and Senior Instructional Designer. Earlier experience includes roles as Field Recruiting Specialist for Boston Market and Admissions & HR at Namaste Home Health and Hospice. Shelbi also worked as a United States Probation Officer at US Courts and as a Pretrial Officer with the City and County of Denver. Shelbi's educational background encompasses a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with a specialization in Organizational Learning and Performance from Colorado State University, as well as undergraduate studies in Social Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado.
