Frans Augustijn is a seasoned business unit manager currently overseeing the Industrial Solutions division at XANO Industri AB, with responsibilities spanning multiple countries including the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, the United States, and China. Since July 2019, Frans has driven business development, acquisitions, and strategic growth while fostering synergy across the business unit. In addition to this role, Frans is the owner and business management expert of a podcast discussing various business topics, and the founder of Linecare.tech, alongside founding Batteryline.com, which focuses on the EV battery industry's expert network. Frans also owns VIRAAD, a consultancy firm, and serves as chair of the supervisory boards at CIM.AS and Polyketting B.V., while being a council member for Jorgensen Engineering A/S. Briefly acting as the general director at Lundgren Machinery AB, Frans has an industrial engineering degree from Eindhoven University of Technology and has pursued further education in acquisitions and board management.
