Dorota Gibiino is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at Xalient since February 2023, Gibiino leads the Global marketing team in enhancing customer experiences and expanding market reach. Prior to this role, Gibiino held the position of Marketing Director at Primenet Ltd. and was instrumental in developing growth marketing strategies. Gibiino has also served as Head of Marketing at Centiq, where the company was repositioned as a boutique Global provider of SAP on Azure services. With a solid foundation in growth marketing, digital strategy, and brand management, Gibiino has effectively driven marketing initiatives at organizations such as Host Europe Group, Node4 Ltd, and Software AG. Gibiino holds multiple degrees, including a BA Hons in Fine Art from Leeds Beckett University and a BA Hons in Business & Marketing from Nottingham University Business School.
