Roberto Foa is a distinguished academic and researcher currently serving as the Director of the Centre for the Future of Democracy and University Lecturer at the University of Cambridge since January 2020. Previously, Roberto held the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Melbourne from August 2016 to December 2019. Roberto's extensive experience also includes a decade-long tenure as a Researcher at The World Bank from 2006 to August 2016, as well as a brief role as the Peter Martin Fellow at The Financial Times in 2004. Roberto Foa earned a PhD in Government from Harvard University and a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
