Mike Reddish is an accomplished Electronics Engineer with extensive experience in hardware design. Currently employed at Xaar since December 2011, Mike specializes in the design of print head drive electronics utilizing advanced technologies such as Xilinx Zynq processors and DDR3 interfaces. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a Hardware Design Engineer at Luxoft, focusing on hardware design for Avaya from February 2010 to December 2011, and played a significant role at Avaya from May 1998 to February 2010 in the design of boards for PBX systems, incorporating FPGAs. Mike began the professional career as an Electronic Engineer at Stag Programmers from 1995 to 1998. Mike holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Brighton Polytechnic, earned between 1983 and 1986.
