Adam Dal Porto has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Adam started their career at Actelion as a Senior Regional Rare Disease Manager from 2003 to 2012. Adam then worked at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Rare Disease Manager, where they launched new ultra orphan products and educated about rare diseases from 2012 to 2015. At BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., they served as a Senior Institutional Account Manager and Rare Disease Account Manager from 2015 to 2018. Adam then joined AveXis, Inc. as an Associate Director, focusing on key account management and thought leader liaison from 2018 to 2021. Adam worked at Albireo Pharma, Inc. as a Senior Clinical Account Liaison in 2021 before joining X4 Pharmaceuticals, where they currently hold the role of Senior Director in the Commercial and Patient Diagnostic Team.

Adam Dal Porto obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the California State University of Long Beach (CSULB) between 1996 and 1999.
