Kerstin Heeke is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at X1F since October 2024. Previously, Kerstin held key leadership roles at msg global solutions, including Global Head of HR and Head of HR Europe from March 2021 to September 2024. Prior to that, Kerstin was an HR Business Partner and HR Manager for Compensation & Benefits and Talent Development at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2015 to February 2021. Earlier experience includes positions at Novell in the EMEA HR Shared Services Center and various roles at Lufthansa, including a Lufthansa Service Agent at Duesseldorf International Airport. Kerstin holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from Hochschule Niederrhein and completed vocational training as a Travel Agent at Berufskolleg Bachstr. in Duesseldorf.
