Jordan Blanchard serves as Co-Founder and Executive Manager at X-Caliber Rural Capital, overseeing operations including business development and loan structuring across multiple lending verticals. Additionally, Jordan holds the position of President at the National Rural Lenders' Roundtable, advocating for access to capital in rural communities. Previous roles include Managing Member at Rural Lending Partners and Head of Energy & Infrastructure Lending at Live Oak Bank, where extensive experience was gained in structuring and managing loans across various sectors. Jordan has also held leadership positions at 504 Fund Advisors, Government Loan Solutions, Wholesale 504 Lending Consultants, CDC Small Business Finance, and in senior roles at Excel National Bank and Temecula Valley Bank. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from San Diego State University.
