Rhea Yadav started their work experience in 2013 as a Research and Policy associate at SaveLIFE Foundation. In 2014, they worked as a Campaign Manager at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and later became a Public Policy Fellow at Rakshak Foundation. In 2016, they joined Bain & Company as an Associate and worked there for two years. In 2017, Rhea served as a Pro-Bono Consultant at Saral Designs. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Dalberg in various roles, starting as an Associate Consultant and then progressing to Consultant, Senior Consultant, and finally Project Manager. In 2019, they briefly held a leadership position in Mental Health at Sangath. Currently, Rhea is the Director of Strategy and Impact at Wysa since September 2022.

Rhea Yadav has a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Economics from Lady Shri Ram College For Women. Rhea also participated in a Summer Exchange program at King's College London, where they studied International Political Economy and Entrepreneurial Studies. Rhea completed their high school education at Doon International School in Dehradun, with a focus on Business/Commerce.
