Cristie Norman is an experienced sommelier and entrepreneur with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Lead Sommelier at Wynn Las Vegas since May 2021, Cristie also operates Cristie Norman, Inc., which launched the innovative "Online Wine Course - For Beginners," a comprehensive educational platform designed to engage and inform wine enthusiasts. Previous roles include Sommelier at Spago, Captain/Sommelier at Larsen's Steakhouse, and Certified Trainer at Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que. Cristie's foundational education was completed at the College of the Canyons, where an Associate of Arts in Economics and Accounting was obtained from 2013 to 2015.
