Marc Merriweather is an experienced legal professional with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality and legal sectors. Currently serving as Group Vice President of Litigation at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since September 2003, Marc previously held the position of Vice President of Legal at Wyndham Worldwide Corporation from August 2006 to March 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at Cendant Corporation and as an Associate at both Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Marc holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
