Joe Eustice has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts since December 2013, overseeing 600 guest rooms and 24,000 square feet of meeting space on San Diego Bay. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of General Manager at The Wyndham Nassau Resort and Crystal Palace Casino from February 2011 to December 2013, and served as Vice President of Operations at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino from October 2007 to February 2011. Joe has also contributed to Westin Mission Hills Resort as Resort Manager from May 2005 to October 2007. Joe Eustice holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1968 and 1972.
