Joel Brashear serves as the Promotions Manager at WYMT and has held the position of Community Outreach and Business Development Officer at Hyden Citizens Bank since July 2013. Joel completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Georgetown College between 1998 and 2002.
