Raul E Marca

Interim Director Of Prevention at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center

Raul E Marca is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in HIV outreach and education. Currently serving as a Community Ambassador for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since December 2022, Raul supports the Let’s Stop HIV Together campaign, focusing on high-impact urban areas. Since April 2017, Raul has held the position of Senior Program Manager at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, managing various CDC programs targeting young men who have sex with men and behavioral health initiatives. Previously, Raul has served in roles including Program Manager for Positive Health Management and Outreach Specialist for the Queens Lesbian and Gay Pride Committee. Raul's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Hunter College, an Associate in Public and Community Health from LaGuardia Community College, and degrees in Graphic Design and Communication and Media Studies from The Art Institute of New York City and Universidad de San Martín de Porres, respectively.
