Stephen Kallao is an experienced radio professional currently serving as the contributing host of NPR's World Cafe at WXPN since December 2017. Previously, Stephen held the position of Imaging Director at LiveOne, Inc., where responsibilities included imaging for digital stations and producing original programming for Slacker Radio. Earlier career experiences include serving as the Morning Host and Imaging Director at 88Nine RadioMilwaukee, as well as roles at WLUM, Rock 101, and various positions at Finest City Broadcasting. Stephen began a radio career as Music Director for KQXR Boise and pursued education at Northeastern Illinois University and Columbia College Chicago.
