Shaide Miah has extensive experience in quality assurance, currently serving as QA Lead at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc. since October 2016. Prior to this role, Miah held the position of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer/Test Lead at Ladders from October 2014 to September 2016 and worked as a Test Engineer at Allstate from August 2012 to October 2014. Miah holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Computer Science from John Jay College (CUNY).
