Elaine Sciolino is a distinguished author and journalist with extensive experience in various prestigious publications. As of 2019, Elaine serves as the author of "The Seine: The River That Made Paris" published by W. W. Norton & Company, Inc. Additionally, Elaine contributes writings to National Geographic, Departures Magazine, and Travel + Leisure. Since 1984, Elaine has been a correspondent and writer for The New York Times.
