Panha Makara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community patrolling and law enforcement, currently serving as the Senior Officer for Community Patrolling at WWF-Cambodia since January 2016. Key responsibilities include supporting law enforcement efforts, GIS functions, and SMART training for various stakeholders, alongside conducting monthly work plans, drone patrols, and managing law enforcement data. Panha Makara also oversees budget management and collaborates with technical teams for reporting and strategic planning. Previously held the position of SMART Law Enforcement Officer at Conservation International and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Rubber Science and Environment Management from the Royal University of Agriculture, obtained in 2015.
