Matthew Winterroth serves as Vice President and Intellectual Property Counsel at WWE since April 2011, overseeing the enforcement of WWE and UFC's intellectual property portfolios through comprehensive anti-counterfeiting and online anti-piracy programs. Responsibilities include managing anti-piracy efforts internationally and domestically, collaborating with various stakeholders such as local counsel and law enforcement in over 40 countries. Prior to WWE, Matthew Winterroth held positions at Duane Morris LLP as Senior Director and Associate Counsel, focusing on trademark prosecution and brand protection. Matthew Winterroth earned a J.D. from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, a B.A. in Computer Science and German from Hamilton College, and completed high school at Zurich International School.
