Hector Montano serves as the Safety Director for the Hirschfeld Division at W&W / AFCO Steel since October 2018 and has been with Hirschfeld Industries since February 2015, where Hector holds the roles of HR Manager and QC Inspector. Montano possesses a Bachelor's degree from Angelo State University, contributing a solid educational foundation to their diverse experience in safety management, human resources, and quality control.
